Refund & Returns Policy — IKEYSUP LTD (Ikeysup)

Thank you for your purchase from Ikeysup. We hope you are fully satisfied with your order.
If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or an exchange under the terms described below.

Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.


1. Returns — Overview

  • All return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, unless otherwise stated.

  • Returned physical items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories attached.

  • Digital products (license keys, downloadable software, subscriptions) follow special rules — see the Digital Products section below.


2. How to Start a Return (Return Process)

To begin your return, follow these steps:

Step 1 — Request an RMA

Email our Returns Team at contact@ikeysup.co.uk with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2 — Package the Item

After receiving your RMA, place the item in its original packaging and include the completed return form.
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.

Step 3 — Ship the Return

If your order included a prepaid return shipping label, you may use it.
Return shipping fees may be reimbursed when applicable — details will be provided when your RMA is issued.


3. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Allow up to 7 days for processing.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.


4. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (applicable only for physical goods):

  • Indicate this in your RMA request.

  • Exchanges depend on availability.

  • Price differences (higher or lower) will be adjusted accordingly.


5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Digital license keys, subscriptions, or downloadable software that have been redeemed or activated.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.

  • Any return submitted after the 30-day window.

  • Refund requests due to system incompatibility (customers must verify system requirements before purchase).

Important:
We reserve the right to verify the activation status of all product keys.
If a key has already been redeemed, the refund may be denied.


6. Defective or Invalid Items

If you receive a defective item or an invalid digital key:

For digital products:

Email contact@ikeysup.co.uk with:

  • Order number

  • Screenshot(s) of the activation attempt

  • Error message

We will validate the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

For physical products:

Email us with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


7. Digital Products (License Keys, Subscriptions & Downloads)

Digital products follow strict rules:

Refunds are only possible if the license key has NOT been activated.

Once a key is redeemed on the vendor platform (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.),
the service is considered fully delivered and non-refundable.

If:

  • You did not receive your key

  • You received an invalid key

  • Delivery was delayed beyond the promised window

Contact our support team and we will resolve the issue promptly.

In some cases, we may request screenshots or logs to verify the claim.


8. Fraud Prevention & Validation

To protect our customers:

  • All returned items and product keys may be validated.

  • Refunds may be paused until validation is completed.

  • If verification shows a key was activated, altered, or misused, the refund may be refused.
