This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of Microsoft software delivered to you by IKEYSUP LTD (“Ikeysup”). By purchasing or activating a Microsoft software license from Ikeysup, you agree to the terms contained in this EULA and the terms provided by Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”).

The following terms apply to your use of the Microsoft software (“SOFTWARE”):

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The SOFTWARE, including all associated media, activation information, documentation, and digital content, is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Microsoft and its suppliers own all rights, title, and interest in the SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

2. Genuine Software Requirement

This EULA is valid only if the SOFTWARE is genuine.

3. Acceptance

BY INSTALLING, ACTIVATING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE. Instead, contact Ikeysup Ltd for assistance.

4. Grant of License

Microsoft grants you the following rights:

You may use the SOFTWARE only as permitted by the version and activation method purchased.
You may install and activate the SOFTWARE according to Microsoft’s activation rules (Retail, OEM, Volume, or Subscription licensing).
Certain features may require additional Microsoft licensing (e.g., access to Windows Server may require Client Access Licenses).

5. Restricted Functionality

The SOFTWARE may include limitations based on edition, type, or licensing channel. You may not:

Bypass restrictions
Modify features using unauthorized tools
Enable functionality not included in your purchased license

Systems utilities may be installed only for maintenance and administration.

6. No Fault Tolerance

The SOFTWARE is not fault tolerant. Microsoft has not tested it for use in hazardous or critical environments.

7. No Warranties (Provided “AS IS”)

The SOFTWARE is provided “AS IS”, with all faults.
Microsoft makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

Any warranties you may receive regarding delivery, activation, or support originate from Ikeysup Ltd, not Microsoft.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Microsoft shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
In no event shall Microsoft’s liability exceed USD $250.

9. Prohibited Uses

The SOFTWARE is not designed for:

Nuclear facilities
Aircraft navigation
Air traffic control
Life-support systems
Other high-risk environments

10. Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.

11. Transfer Rights

The SOFTWARE may not be shared or used on more devices than permitted by the license.
Permanent transfer of a Retail license is only allowed if you transfer all components and retain no copies.
OEM licenses cannot be transferred.
Volume licenses follow Microsoft VL terms.

12. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that Microsoft and its affiliates may collect technical information related to updates, activation, and product support.
Data is used solely to improve Microsoft products and is not used to personally identify you.

13. Internet-Based Features

If the SOFTWARE includes online features, Microsoft may:

Verify the version of your SOFTWARE
Deliver updates or supplemental components
Provide online services

14. Third-Party Links

The SOFTWARE may link to third-party sites. Microsoft is not responsible for the content of these sites.

15. Security Notice

Microsoft recommends:

Using firewalls
Installing security updates
Maintaining regular data backups

16. No Rental or Hosting

You may not rent, lease, lend, or offer commercial hosting using the SOFTWARE.

17. Separation of Components

The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product. Component parts may not be used independently.

18. Supplemental Components

Updates, patches, or add-ons provided by Microsoft fall under this EULA unless a separate agreement applies.

19. Backup Copy

You may make one backup copy for reinstalling the SOFTWARE.
You may not transfer or lend your backup copy to another user.

20. Proof of License

Your Proof of License is:

Your Microsoft activation status
Your digital key delivered by Ikeysup Ltd
Any Microsoft-issued digital entitlement tied to your hardware or Microsoft Account

Keep your purchase record for verification.

21. Support

Microsoft does not provide support for licenses purchased from Ikeysup.

22. Termination

This EULA terminates if:

You violate its terms
You misuse or illegally distribute the SOFTWARE
You cease using the SOFTWARE

Upon termination, you must remove and destroy all copies.

23. Export Restrictions

The SOFTWARE is subject to U.S. and EU export laws.
You must comply with all applicable export regulations.
